Love is Blind star Sikiru "SK" Alagbada is speaking out about life after the altar.
Three months after he and fiancée Raven Ross split for the second time—they previously broke up on the season finale of the Netflix show—the 34-year-old is publicly addressing cheating allegations.
"There was an incident of me having an inappropriate conversation with this woman sometime in the fall," he told People in an article published Feb. 27. "I believe it was around September of [2022], which is completely inappropriate. Didn't end up happening, but... I feel like I shouldn't even have had that kind of conversation with someone."
Though he denied physically cheating on the Pilates instructor—who he rekindled his romance with last spring after their 2021 break up—SK noted he did cross a line.
"I'm not here to really pick and choose what, or go back and forth about who did what," he continued. "We all make mistakes. That's something I deeply want to apologize for and take accountability for."
In November, SK was accused of being unfaithful after several women alleged that they were in contact with the Netflix star while he was engaged. However, SK also alleged that Raven was in contact with someone else.
"Throughout the course of our relationship [the second time around], Raven and I took at least five different trips, where either I came to Texas or she came to California, and on at least two different occasions of those trips, I personally witnessed incidents of communication between her and this older guy," he said. "Whether him still blowing up her phone, trying to call or FaceTime her, or even a text message that talked about the possibility of them having kids together."
As for Raven—who recently revealed that she is currently dating someone new—the 29-year-old denied his claims, telling People it's untrue that she was that she was "in touch with an older man while in a relationship" with SK.
And while SK said they tried their best to become two peas in a pod again ultimately, there were still doubts.
"I'm saying this not to make excuses for my actions because the most honorable thing to do at that point would've been to end the relationship if I felt like we weren't both in it," he said. "But I did also see that we were both trying to put in deliberate efforts to make things work between us. It's just important for me to let people know that this was not a case of a happy, problem-free relationship that I just messed up for no reason."
As he put it, "Our relationship had serious, real-life challenges, coupled with the pressures of doing this in the most public way possible and trying to do something on our own terms, that made things very difficult."
But for Raven, moving on past their relationship, even as friends, proved to be short-lived.
"We did communicate after, but that wasn't serving me," she exclusively told E! News Feb. 14. "So since then, we've drawn some boundaries and we haven't communicated in a while."
The reality star has also spoken about the cheating allegations, revealing that she thought they were in a good spot when they emerged.
"I truly trusted him so much," Raven said during the Feb. 16 episode of Nick Viall's Viall Files podcast. "By this point, when I'm finding all of this out, we already have an apartment together. We already do everything together. We already were making plans to move to L.A. together."
And though Raven made it clear there's no chance of a reconciliation with SK in the future, she'll always have an optimistic eye when it comes to love.
"I want to go into something with 100 percent of my heart," she added. "If it doesn't work out, it doesn't work out. And that's okay because I know I put everything I have into it and I don't have any walls up."
